Contract Signed with Sawakigumi Co., Ltd. for O&M Base Construction

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a contract with Sawakigumi Co., Ltd. (Oga City, Akita Prefecture) for the construction of Operation and Maintenance (O&M)　base for the Oga, Katagami, and Akita City Offshore Wind Power Project in Akita Prefecture.
This contract is for the construction of an office, warehouse, and ancillary site infrastructure at Funagawa Port in Oga City, Akita Prefecture, in order to establish a base for personnel and crew transfer vessels engaged in O&M activities. The construction is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
With the support and cooperation of local communities and other stakeholders, we will continue our efforts toward the scheduled commencement of operations in June 2028.
