Participation in Renovation of Live Fish Holding Tank Pumps at Tenno Fishing Port. (Event Day: Apr 25, 2026)

On April 25, 2026, Oga, Katagami, Akita Offshore Green Energy LLC (OKAOGE) participated as a volunteer in the renovation work on live fish holding tanks conducted by the Tenno District of the Akita Prefectural Federation of Fisheries Cooperative Associations.
On the day of the activity, our team worked alongside local fishers in the cold April seawater to carry out renovation of the pumps that supply seawater to the live fish tanks, including the removal of sand accumulated inside the pumps. This experience provided a valuable opportunity to directly witness the fishers’ strong commitment to the careful upkeep and management of port facilities.
Going forward, OKAOGE will continue to value close engagement and communication with local fishers and community members. Through these efforts, we aim to promote coexistence and mutual prosperity between offshore wind power generation and local fishers, and to contribute to the sustainable development of the local community.
