On September 9, 2024, we held a briefing session of offshore wind power generation business for Akita press club members at Akita prefectural office, and CEO Yuihara explained project overview such as a business plan and a schedule.
This business has a policy to promote and utilize active participation of companies inside and outside Akita. It aims to contribute to creation and strengthening of carbon-neutral industries, maximize economic ripple effects and achieve decarbonization.
We will continuously share information about our business to gain understanding and support from local communities and work on the project to start operations in 2028.
