Participated in the signing ceremony of the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement between Katagami City and FamilyMart

On February 14th, 2025, we were participated in the signing ceremony for the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement with Katagami City and FamilyMart. FamilyMart is a group company of Itochu Corporation, our sponsor company. We had been discussing to work together with FamilyMart to promote regional coexistence in Akita Prefecture. As part of this, we introduced Katagami City, the local government in which we will be developing our offshore wind power project, to FamilyMart. Katagami City and FamliyMart have concluded this comprehensive partnership agreement after several discussion.
Takehiro Suzuki, Katagami City Mayor also praised our support to achieve this agreement.
We will continue to work with the other local governments and the other group companies in the future to actively support the realization of an even more attractive and livable Katagami City for through this agreement, while also advancing the development of our offshore wind power project.
