Long-term Charter Agreement Signed with NYK Line for a Japan-built CTV

We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a long-term time charter agreement with Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line) for the deployment of a Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) in support of the Oga, Katagami, and Akita City Offshore Wind Power Project in Akita Prefecture.
The CTV will play a vital role in ensuring the operation of offshore wind farms by safely transporting technicians between the offshore wind turbines and the onshore Operation and Maintenance ( O&M ) baseduring the O&M phase of the project.
