Participated as a Speaker at the Seminar on Industry and Tourism Utilizing Renewable Energy

On November 5, 2025, General Manager of Local Contribution team, Satoshi Marukawa, participated as a speaker at the “Seminar on the Promotion of Industry and Tourism Utilizing Renewable Energy,” organized by the Akita Central Council for the Promotion of Renewable Energy-Related Industries.
In the first session, together with JTB and Hankyu Travel International, we delivered a lecture on the theme “Expanding Exchange Population through Industrial Tourism (Tourism)” and presented the potential of utilizing renewable energy to promote regional industries and tourism.
In the second session, under the theme “Participation of City-Based Businesses in Offshore Wind–Related Projects (Industry),” we delivered a lecture together with Akita Offshore Wind Corporation, Akita Bank, and Hokuto Bank, discussing the progress of renewable energy projects, centered on offshore wind power, their impact on the regional economy, the role of financial institutions in supporting industry, and the importance of regional coexistence.
A total of 101 participants from 76 companies affiliated with the chambers of commerce in Oga City, Katagami City, and Akita City attended the seminar, making it a meaningful event for the future development of Akita Prefecture.
Our company will continue to collaborate with local communities and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through the use of renewable energy.
