Signing of Operational Support Agreement with Vestas Japan

We are glad to announce that we have signed and effectuated Operational Support Agreement with Vestas Japan in relation to Oga, Katagami, Akita Offshore Wind Project, to support the internalization of Operation & Maintenance (O&M). Signing this agreement on 26^th November 2025, is a significant milestone toward achieving the internalization of O&M, as the project plans to establish a local O&M company in Akita Prefecture and internalize the O&M operation of the wind farm in the future.
　※The Operational Support Agreement will come into effect after the end of the Service Availability Agreement signed at the end of 2024　 (announced on December 27, 2024).
With understanding and support from local communities and stakeholders, we remain committed to achieving the start of commercial operation in June 2028.
