In this outreach class, we provided easy-to-understand lessons on “how electricity is generated,” “why renewable energy is necessary,” and “the advantages and disadvantages of offshore wind power plants.”
During the class, students learned about the mechanism of power generation using a hand-crank generator and participated in quizzes related to offshore wind power and renewable energy. The students enthusiastically engaged in activities that helped them gain a deeper understanding of renewable energy and electricity, while fostering greater interest in offshore wind power initiatives.
After the class, we received heartfelt thank-you bookmarks from the students. We are pleased to share photos of these bookmarks as well.
Going forward, we will continue to collaborate with local educational institutions to raise awareness of offshore wind power projects and actively contribute to the development of the next generation of talent in the region.
