Participation in the Beach Clean-Up at Detohama Beach, Katagami City (Event day: June 6, 2026)

We participated in a beach cleanup held at Detohama Beach in Katagami City on June 6, 2026. The event was organized by Aranmare Akita, a women’s basketball team based in Akita City, and Aranmare Akita Shonai, a women’s volleyball team based in Katagami City.
JERA Nex bp Japan GK (“JNBPJ”), one of our investee companies, is a group company of JERA Co., Inc. (“JERA”), headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan, and led by President, CEO and COO Hisahide Okuda. JERA serves as a uniform partner for both Aranmare Akita and Aranmare Akita Shonai.
Despite adverse weather conditions, a total of 21 participants from our company joined local community members, including Katagami Mayor Takehiro Suzuki, in collecting litter around Detohama Beach in preparation for upcoming the beach season. The event also provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen our engagement with the local community. We will continue to work in harmony with the local community while steadily advancing our project toward the planned commencement of operations in June 2028, with a strong commitment to safety.
