Akita Fair Held at ITOCHU Corporation Headquarters Cafeteria（Event Date 27〜28 Jul 2026）

As part of its regional community engagement activities, ITOCHUCorporation, one of our sponsor companies, held an Akita Fair usingingredients produced in Akita Prefecture at its headquarters cafeteriafor two days, from July 27 to July 28, 2026.

During the fair, Inaniwa udon topped with fish cakes made from Akita’s prefectural fish, “Hatahata” sailfin sandfish, and the seaweed “Gibasa,” which had been very well received at the previous Akita Fairheld last November, as well as pho made with broth from Kazuno beef,were served. These menu items were again highly appreciated by manyemployees.

Going forward, our sponsor companies will continue to support theexpansion of sales channels and the promotion of Akita-producedingredients through events such as the Akita Fair.
